At our Investment Forum held in 2012, AllianzGI senior investment professionals from around the globe agreed that the markets have entered into an almost permanent state of uncertainty. An uncertainty created primarily by a financially repressive policy regime engineered by Central banks and Governments to keep interest rates low while inducing mild inflation in an effort to help relieve massive fiscal deficits.

We believe Financial Repression is real and will remain a defining factor for quite some time.
